Children’s Nebraska’s Level 4 Pediatric Epilepsy Center, awarded the highest designation by the NAEC, provides expert care for epilepsy, seizure disorders, and related conditions. Our multidisciplinary team—epileptologists, neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, neuropsychologists, and other specialists—offers advanced treatments, including medical therapies, laser procedures, and minimally invasive surgeries. Ask your provider to refer your child to our Children’s Epilepsy Center using our patient referral form and contact details.

Step 2: Contact Us by Phone

After your provider has sent us the referral, call 402.955.5372 to schedule an appointment.

Step 3: Confirm Appointment Details

When you call, confirm the date, time, contact information and other important details. Ask if there’s anything you need to bring with you.

Step 4: Prepare For the Appointment

Gather relevant medical records, test results and any other information requested.

Children's is designated as a level 4 pediatric epilepsy center by the National Association of Epilepsy Centers, the highest designation level available. This means we have the experts, multispecialty teamwork and comprehensive resources to provide the highest-available level of care for complex epilepsy.
